Post by: José Roca on May 06, 2009, 01:15:01 AM

Anybody has the Windows SDK for Windows Server 2008?

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=F26B1AA4-741A-433A-9BE5-FA919850BDBF&displaylang=en

I need the contents of the include folder to update the Windows API Headers.

Thanks very much, Edwin. The problem is that my computer died and I'm using an old one that has not all that is required for this SDK.

Tip: install Windows XP in VPC and store a copy of the harddisk.
I do this all the time since even one can delete and optimize it's pc, it never seems to be as fast as right after first install.
So i installed this SDK in a VPC, to be removed.

I just installed the SDK for Vista and found a newer resource compiler.
I just tested under XP using an icon file with PNG compression and had no errors:

It was in this folder:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v6.0\Bin
